What a bright new world he woke up to! Finally able to see again and feel the breeze against his skin. I once had matted hair that became dreadlocks during a bout of depression. It was painful but nowhere near as severe as this poor pup. I can’t imagine the years of pain he felt. Thank you for giving him back his life.
