Our purebred cat, British Golden Chinchilla, gave birth to a kitten. We saw an announcement in the group that they were looking for a nursing cat for a kitten (motherless). We decided to help the baby to adopt our cat. But how does a mother cat react to another kitten? We put the kitten in the same room as the cat and kitten, but separately. The cat did not pay attention to the kitten at first. But when she began to meow dejectedly, she came and took the cat with her daughter. It’s very sweet how she checked him out first, wasn’t sure, then mom “instincts” kick in and she’s now the mother of two. An orphan has mother and a chance at life. She’s a good mom.it almost looked like she was calling out to make sure his mama wasn’t nearby – then said Okay I guess I’m doing this – great story! That literally brought tears to my eyes how she took the little kitten in as her own and now has a Mom that cares for two sweet babies.
I just love this! The orphan kitten must have felt so relieved when the Mama cat picked her up! It’s so interesting how they instinctually go limp. Great videos like these brighten my day! Thanks!
Beautiful This shows the love of a mother
I’m sure she will take good care of that baby Ela adotou, que coisa mais linda! Os seres humanos tem tanto que aprender com os animais. So beautiful to see. Pure love. Thank you for sharing this.
I think she was looking for the mother, since that meow sounds the same as when I hear the cats around me call to each other, it’s more of a trill than the meow they use with people. When the mom didn’t show up she decided to help out. When cats live in large communities sometimes they’ll take care of each other’s kittens.Nossa chorei com esse vídeo, como são generosos os animais, que gata doce, esse filhote teve muita sorte de ter sido adotado por ela
