I’m a first time dog owner and I choose the great English Mastiff. Even though people told me that I was making a mistake by getting such a big animal, I know that she’s the best choice for my family. Our girl is very friendly and loves children, other dogs and all people in general. She is very well behaved but I’m making sure that I train her and she’s under my control. I take her to my daughter school everyday and she responds very well to a child with autism, it’s almost like she knows that she needs to be extra gentle with this boy. She’s definitely a gentle giant that think she’s a lap dog.
